Self-Portrait

Jim Morrison is my favorite musician and has been for most of my life.  I chose to do my self-portrait in this way to mimic his famous photo shoot.

I liked this picture the least because the flash was way too bright and I think that it threw off my shot.

I liked this picture the most because its a simple shot of an old, neglected fence.  I also liked that the green plant was rich in color and seemed almost to be struggling for life underneath the cinderblock.

I took this picture to show my German heritage along with my American citizenship. I chose to modify it because I liked that the red of the flag and of the feather in the hat presented themselves nicely with the grayscale background.
